Our Journey with SUSRUR in Austria – Inspiration for Sustainable Tourism in Kastoria

We walked among sunlit vineyards, surrounded by the scent of soil and ripe grapes. At Triebl Winery, we tasted wines that beautifully combine tradition and innovation, discovering how respect for the land can become a memorable experience for every visitor.
🌲 Stock and Staring Lodges
In wooden lodges nestled in the forest, we experienced a unique harmony with nature. Waking up to views of trees and lakes reminded us that simplicity and authenticity are the key to unforgettable hospitality experiences.
💧 Villa Thermale
At Villa Thermale, wellness took center stage. The thermal baths and their eco-friendly approach inspired us, showing how relaxation and sustainability can be perfectly intertwined. It offered a model of hospitality that we would love to bring to Kastoria.
